BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING:
First thing to do is REBOOT. Turn your phone off, remove the SIM Card, re-insert the SIM and turn the phone back on.
If you're having data connection issues, after reboot, please check and update Acces Point Name (APN) to:
APN: fast.t-mobile.com
If issues persist, please contact us. Refer to the instructions letter enclosed in the package for support contact information.

* You cannot choose your phone number nor area code.
