Mix with lukewarm water (37° C - 99º F) at a concentration of 20-25% to obtain a texture similar to a shaken yogurt or smoothie. The average intake is around 7-10 ml per 100 g of body weight and feeding bout. The number of feedings bouts per day depends on the stage of development of the chick. The crop should be full but not overstuffed. Confirm that the crop is empty in the morning. Leftover formula must be discarded after each feeding bout.
