- Q: After i install it, am i going to lose the original evo system ? can i switch between this decoder and evo system?
- A：Your original Evo system will work and you can easily switch between CarPlay and Factory side menu by long pressing the Menu button in your car.
- Q: My car doesn’t have aux input, does it fit?
- A：Hi, if your car has USB port, you have to connect our USB-AUX box(come with package) then select aux in the original system so that you can have sound in carplay.
- Q: What do i need to pay attention during the installation?
- A: 1. If you don’t know how to take out the car dashboard, please go to the car shop to install, but if you have any issue during the installation, please get help from us, Because we are more familiar with our unit than the installer.
- 2. Most if issue are due to the wrong installation, not product quality issue, don’t return it at once, just get help from us firstly.
- 3. Don’t put our wifi antenna inside of the center console, please put it under the windshield.
